MR SHAW-LEFEVRE'S AMENDMENT.
In the House of Commons the amendment to the Address-in-Reply, moved by the Right Hon J. G. ShawLefevre, deploring the absence of any mention m the Speech from the Throne of measures dealing with the question of arrears of rent m Ireland, was negatived by a majority of 95. The debate on the Address-in- Reply has been concluded.
