Bjddacn, Lieut. -Ooi. Roberta, Majors Seann ell and Gaaqoigne, Gapt-dna Oapel and Baker, and Dr Campbell, surgeon. Beduotions are still being made among the men, and the above reductions are independent of thoae vffjoted In the Publio Works Department, la the Volunteer Department 7 Instrno tors and commanding office*- have been dispensed with, and the allowances cf other comm%ndin_> offioera h^ve beon reduced. The school of musketry has been abolubed, and the whole of tH« *djit»nfc-. have boon reduced by £150 {sic, per annum.
