MR MORLEY ON HOME RULE.
Dublin, February 3 The Hon J. Morley, m his speech on the occasion of accepting the freedom of the city, ridiculed tbe idea of settling the question of Home Rule by the counting of purses instead of head?. In his opinion the poilcy laid down by Government for coercion had utterly failed and the peasantry had been compelled to offer defiance.
