LORD BRASSEY ON FEDERATION.
Lord Bra&sey has addressed a public meeting at Cambridge on the subject of Federation. He expatiated on itt mutual advantages, but declared that a specific scheme at present would be premature, and held that it would be a much better policy to pave the way by a comprehensive discussion of the whole question. ■;■■?
