Perth. (W.A.), January 22. Information has been received bere that the dispute between Sir Frederick Napier Broome, Governor of this colony, and the Hon A. C. Onslow, Chief justice, has been referred to a Committee of the Privy Council. News received from Kimberley gives glowing accounts of rich finds there;
