Templar, Bro Jeoklns The report whloh was unanimous for the Union was adopted, and conveyed by deputation to the sister lodge at the Grand Lodge of New Zealand. A resolution was unanimously passed expressing regret at the death of the Hon J. B. Finch, 8.W.G.0 T. The report c? the Seoretary ihowed an iaorease of 42 members, with a deoretoe of ona lodge ; seven lodges hid bean instituted daring the year, and three orgsofied, while eleven lodges bad ceased %orklng At the session of the combined lodge members of both Grand Lodges met together al one lodge, Sir William Fox presiding. Fifty three officers and repre- ; ■entativei were present. The following officer* were eleoted and Installed :— G.O.T. Glover Auokland ; G Counsellor, R. N. Adams, Dunedln ; G. Vice-Templar, flitter Clark, Tanranga ; Seoretary, Cameron, Donedln ; Treasurer, Oarr, Dunedin. Ketch Ashore. The ketch, Amateur, while being towed ont of the Manawatu river at Foxton yeiterday, got ashore on the South Spit and is likely to become a total wreck. The crew landed safely. Fatal Accident. Gbkthouth, January 20 James Ward, a miner, ai Nelson Greek, was killed yesterday by falling off his race. ■
