ENGLAND AND THE VATICAN.
The British Government have urged tha Pope to disavow sympathy with Mr Parnell and his reprobate League. The Pope, m reply, has advised the Government to exercise patience, and trusts that a more satisfactory state of affairs will soon be arrived at.
The Cabinet will submit a Bill for the reform of county government next session.
