THE NEW HEBRIDES.
It is announced that the conclusion arrived at between England and France, respecting the New Hebrides convention, pledges that France will allow British subjects equ .1 commercial privileges. France, at. the same time, guaranteed that no convicts will be sent to the Leeward Islands (sic).
