The s.s, Richmond from the Islands brings advices th»fc the Frenoh have annexed R<itatia. Six chief*, with 800 men, refunod to submit and the warship Scorpion bombarded tha rebel town and landed a party of men to destroy the villages and property. The French also issued a proclamation that the natlvea will be firad upon if they do not submit by a certain date.
