QUARANTINE REGULATIONS.
The Premier, Mr Gillies, has received a letter from the Premier of Tasmania, suggesting that the Federal Council be asked to consider the propriety of the adoption of a uniform system of quarantine for all the colonies. The writer complains that during the recent outbreak Tasmania was badly treated by the other colonies.
