Two more Government Bills were read a second time last evening, v>z, Government Railways Bill and the Mining Act Amendment Bill, tho former by 51 to 6 and the latter without division.

It Is stated that Government have made up their minds to push through a Bill on •aoh sitting day if they have to alt all night, and will take up no further Bill till these are through, There Is some rumor of Government having made up their minds to prorogue on 17th inst but the general opinion is that they will not get away till 22nd or 23rd.
