Wellington, December 1 The wholo of J. Bt night's sitting was occupied with a debate on the Berond re-ding of the Parliamentary Honorarium •nd Privileges Bill, which was relieved by very few interesting features, and when the debate oonolnded at ten minuteß pant one everyone appeared to be glad to have it out of the way. The result was a forgone conclusion, though a good many amendments are to be proposed In Committee. The second reading was agreed to by 06 to 14,
