(From our Correspondent.) Wellington, November 30. The whole of last night's sitting was occupied with the Land Bill, whloh waa Introduced by the lion G.F. Richardson m a lengthy opeeob . The general tone of the discussion whloh followed was mainly favorable to the Bill, Mr Richardson being oomplimented on the measure by most of the speakers. The proposal to abolish Land Boards met with some opposition. Sir J. I Vogal and Mr Scddon both attacked the Bill, the former denouncing it aa a oomplete reversal of the land policy of the last two Governments and only serving to raise taimedtote cash reTenae. At half -past two this morning the second reading was carried by 34 to 4, and the Bill was referred to the Waste Lands Committee.
