Such new contract should so far %b practicable conttin provisions m the same wordi as are used m the said Acts and oontraote, and where any deviation is necea sary, In order to render the new oontract oouslstent throughout, the alteration reqalted should be to the same pnrport and effect as the draft oontraot hereunto annexed."
