»■ ■- Wellington, November 8, In Chambers to-day an application was made by Mr Travers' to have the Bryce-Hntchiaon petition taken off tbe file, on account or its not sufficiently seating the ground of the charge. The Court refused the application, but petitioners were by conßent ordered to give particulars of the charges m detail, specifying names and dates, euoh particulars to be delivered to the respondent seven days before the day to be fixed for hearing. l
