The House met at 2.30 p m. Questions having been replied to, A lengthy discussion ensued on the WMtotara Petition. NEW 811/LS. The following Bills were introduced :— A Bill to amend Land Ad, 1885 (Mr G F, KiohardaoD) ; Bill to make better provision for the construction, maintenance and management of railways m New Zaaland (Mr Mitohelaon) ; District Railways Purchasing Act, 1385, Amendment, Bill (Mr Hislop) SUPPLY. The House went into Committee of Supply, when an Imprest Supply BUI for £250,000 (£175,000 out of the Consolidated Fund, and £75,000 Pnblio Works Fand; was carried through all its stagos. The House roso at 5.5 p.m.
