MR BRYCE'S PETITION
Wanganui, October 31. Mr Bryca's election petition charges Mr Hutchison by bimaelf or agents with giving and promising to give money consideration to voters ; with promising to prooare offices and places of employment for voters ; with, by himself or agents, making gifts, loans, offdrs, promises and agreements to voters ; with paying money to persons with inteat that it should be extended m bribery ; with giving and providing meat, drnk, and entertainment on election day ; with treating with and employing persona for payment against the provisions of the Aot ; with paying railway fares, hiring conveyances, etc ; with lndnoing persona to vote who were disqualified. The petition Is signed by John Bryoe, David Peate, and J. R. Somerviile.
