And notice is further given that immediately after tbe abovo mooting has taken place An Extraordinary Qoncral Moeting of the Company will bo held m the Arcade Chambers, Burnett street, Ashburton, for the purpose of considering, and, if thought fit, passing, either with or without modification, tho sub) ined resolution for altering certain of the Regulations contained m the Company's Articles of Association. Should tho Resolution be passod by tbo required majority, it will bo submitted for confirmation as a Special Resolution to a second Extraordinary Meeting which will be subsequently convened Resolution. Tbat the Articles of Association of this Compauy bealtr-red m manner following : (A) In articlo 28 the word " six " shall be ..uostituted for the word " eight." (d) In article 3Ji the word "three" shall bo substituted for the word " four." (o) In article 44 the word '• live " Bhall be substituted for tbe word " seven."
