Wool Freights — Scoured, steamer, fyd to 7/i&', sailer, lb; greasy, fteamer, ; sailer, per lb. London, Ootober 27. Consols remain at 10254 New Zealand Inscribed stock is still quoted at par. The Bank rate is 4 per cent, market rate 3^. There is no change to report m colonial breadstufls or tallow. The weeHy returns of the Bank of England, published to-day show a total reserve m notes and bullion of £ 1 2, 100,000, an increase of £400,000 during the week. The proportion of reserve to liabilities is 45 per cent, ss against 44 per cent last Thursday.
