[rBUTBB'S TELEGRAMB— COPYRIGHT. Paris, October 27The Chamber of Deputies has appointed a select Committee to enquire into the charges made against General Caffarel and M. Daniel Wilson m connection with the recent war office scandal. London, October 27. The right and the extreme left of the French Chamber have coalesced to carry the Scandal Committee. If President Grevy supports Mr Wilson, the Ministry will be shaken.
