TINWALD RACING CLUB
The usual quarterly meeting of the above Club was held on Saturday night at Scott's Hotel, Tinwald, when six members put man appearance. Mr George Jameß was voted to the chair. Mlnutus of prevlona meeting waa read and confirmed. The Treasurer reported that the bank balance waa £57 5) 7d. It was decided to hold racea as usual, and it was agreed to carry out tbe following events: — Handicap Hurdle Race, of 15 bovb ; Novel Hurdle Race, of 20 bovb ; Tinwald Cup, of SO aovs; Trottng Time Handicap, of 16 suvs ; Maiden Plate, tf 10 Bove; Flying Handioap of 10 oovs ; Novel Race, of 20 bovb ; Consolation Hacdioap, of 10 soys ; Harry Scurry, for entrance money. Certain alterations were oariled out m tho appointment of officers. The Seoretary was dlreoted to advertise the programme at once, and to proceed with the details of the meeting. The meeting terminated with a vote of thanks to the Chair and a " charitable aid."
