AFFAIRS IN IRELAND.
MR CHAMBERLAIN IN ULSTER. [reuter's TELEGRAMS - OOPFRIGnT.] London, October 12. Mr Chamberlain was received with great enthusiasm on his arrival at Belfast, and was entertained at a banquet m that town last evening. Responding to a toast, Mr Chamberlain urged upon those present the necessity for Ulstermen making their voice heard upon the question of separation, and stated he considered them perfectly justified m asserting their rights to consideration m any settlement of the question. London, October 11, Mr Harrington, who defended the prisoners charged with murder at Mitchellstown, claims a verdict of murder against Inspector Brownrigg and the five pblicemen who fired on the mob m the Mitchelltown riot.
