SUPREME COURT.
CHBiSTcncKOH, October 5 The Supreme Court was occupied the greater part of to-day with the charge of receiving stolen goods against John Wilßon, who waa found "Not Guilty." Frank O'Neill, accused of honsebreaking, was aho acquitted. Chbistohuboh, Ootober 6. At the Supreme Court, James Steven son, convicted of horse stealing, w«b «oatenced to 12 months probation. Cbaa. Thoß. Harris and Daniel Marks pleaded guilty to stealing additional articles from the Dvl G. , and sentence was deferred.
