The "Times" this morning announces that the Viceroy of India has received a most cordial letter from the Nizam of Hyderabad, m which he expresses his willingness to contribute twenty lakhs of rupees yearly towards the defence of the Indian frontier. He further declares that England can count upon his sword when the hour of battle arrives.
