TOTHEEDItOB. Sir, — Mr Purnell, m his speeoh at the Hustings, alluded to the circulation of a paper purporting to bear his initials. Oa behalf of Mr Walker'B Committee, I wish to state that the announcement bj Mr Purnell of the broadcast circulation, of a paper bearing his initials is the first intimation any of Mr Walker's supporters have of the existence of such a document. Mr Walker's Committee will be glad- if Mr Purnell will furuiah them with a copy of the paper he alluded to m hiß speech. - lam, etc., ; W. W. "Whits, Secretary Mr Walker's Committee.
