Prince Bismarck, replying to the request of the Porte that Germany should endeavor to induce England, Italy and Austria to consent to the mission of the Russian General Ernroth to Bulgaria, advises the Turkish Government to communicate the Russian proposal to the Powers, and promises that Germany will support the proposal.
