THE RAILWAY ACCIDENT.

The fire which occurred last night on the Petersham railway viaduct was caused by an accident to a long goods train. While the train was passing through Petersham the axle of one of the trucks broke, and several trucks were thereby precipitated over the embanckment, The goods caught fire, < and a number of trucks, as well as a ' portion of the viaduct, were destroyed. { None of those m charge of the train suffered any injury.
