9 Wellington, September 2. A domestic servant named Minnie S >arle, eighteen years of age, was arrested tola afternoon, charged with stealing a lady's silver watch and hair guard, the property of her employer, Me F. W. The police were oomraunioated with, and Dateotlvo Ohrystall on arrival accused the girl of beiag the ihio', after making a eearch of the room, where the guard was found under her pillow. She admitted the offence.
