A NATURAL CURE FOR BLIGHT.
The tomato leaf Is orpdlted wjth almost extraordinary powers In eradicating blight that may attack trees. Attentlofi appears to have been drawn to this fact In Valparaiso, where a gentleman plaped the leaves of the tomato around the branchea and truuka of peach treei whioh had been attacked, and found to his surprise that not an enemy remained except where a curled leaf prevented the tomato leaf from exercising its Influence. Another application banished the reit of the blight. The infusion of some tomato leaves, steeped m froah water, sprinkled over roses, orangeß, and other plouto completely freed them from inserts. The discovery is an Importapt one to those engaged m gardening pnrsnlta.
