NEWS FROM TONGA.
The Rev Mr Stephenson, one of the Wesleyan Commission to Tonga, has returned to Sydney. He reports that affairs m Tonga are quiet, but still somewhat unsettled. The offers of the King to the Wesleyans are not acceptable, and the other Commissioners are staying to arrange matters.
