THE IRISH LAND BILL.
r ,_ ~ Losdow, July 30. In the Commons today, the Irish Land Bill was again under consideration m Committee, when eighteen clauses were adopted. A warm debate took place upon the fourth clause permitting the substitution of a written notice to quit m place of a notice that judgment of eviction had been obtained.
