Grbymouth, Jnly 28. Tho " Grey River Argus " this morning points ont that Brnnnerton can never be made a suitable station for connecting the Midland Railway line with the Government Una, owing to tho want of room, and reoommends that a portion of the line between Brunnerton and the junction ahoald be acquired by the Government m , order to make a main station at the latter place, where there is abundance of flat hud for all the requirements of an important railway otatlou. The Koaamond arrived to-day with 615 casks of cement for the Midland Railway contractors. The Mawhera also brings a large let. The Maori brought the principal portion of three brake-vans for the Midland Railway contractors. Engines are now running between Brunnerton and the junction, and the ballasting of the line jo. nearly complete «o fir.
