NAVAL REVIEW.
London, Jnly 23. A grand naval review took place at Spithead to-day before the Queen ; 130 war vessels took part, being divided into three squadrons, anchored m two columns, with a line ahead. The Prince of Wales, Prince George of Wales, the Crown Prince and Princess of Germany, and other royalties, large numbers of Peers, and members of the House of Commons and members of the diplomatic body were present. The Queen m the Royat yacht passed between the lines amid a general Royal salute. The flag offiicers and commanders of the various ships were afterwards presented to her Majesty on board the yacht. The weather was splendid, and the review a perfect success. The proceedings were witnessed by thousands of spectators. At night the whole fleet were splendidly illuminated.
