Constantinople, July 17Kiamil Pasha, the Grand Vizier, has tendered his resignation to the Sultan. (BecelvedJaly 19, 140 p.m.) THE MELBOURNE EXHIBITION Pabis. July 18. The director of the Paris Exposilion, to be held m 1889, informed Sir Graham Berry, m reply to his representations that the French Government favorably entertained the proposal that France should participate officially m the Melbourne Centennial Exhibition to,be heid next year,
