It wasTexpected that Parliament would be dissolved to-day, but owing to the boundaries not having been received by •ome Returning Officers In distant parts of the colony, it oannot take place before to-morrow, when the proclamation will be Issued. Returning Officers will then be allowed thirty days to prepare the tolls. At the expiration of that time, the wrjlti will be Issued, returnable m twenty one days, so that the new Parliament will be able to meet m the middle of • September.
