Great precautions are being taken by the authorities to maintain order m this city during the national fete to-morrow. The Patriotic League intends to make a great display m favor of Boulanger ; also aa anti-German demonstration. A grand review of troops will take place at Loogchamps.
London, Jnly 13. The " North German Gazette " warns German residents m Paris to close their places of business on ths 4th, and not to appear m the streets. The occasion is the celebration of the anniversary of the French Revolution.
