Pabis, July 12.
M. Floquet has resigned the Presidency of the Chamber of Deputies owiag to a disorderly debate yesterday, during which the Left attacked the Government and accused it of Royalist tendencies. A great scene of confusion prevailed, and the president was powerless to preserve order.
