IRISH CRIMES BILL.

Id the House of Commons to-day the Irish Land Bill came up for the second reading, on the motion of Mr Balfour, Chief Secretary for Ireland. Mr Campbell Bannerman moved an amendment demanding the revision of judicial rents for holdings. Mr Chamberlain supported the Bill, but expressed hope that Government would drop the bankruptcy clauses embodied m the measure. The debate was finally adjourned.
