New Zealand, inscribed stock remains at 98^. Adelaide wheat, ex store, is quoted at 355; New Zealand at 34s to 365; Adelaide flour, 24s 6d, ex store. Australian tallow— Average quality beef remains at 22s 6d, mutton at 245. The wool sales continue with good competition ruling, and prices firm. To-day's catalogue comprised 12,800 bales, making the total 249,800 offered to date. Mblbouknb, July 6. The Manager of the National Mortgage and Agency Company reports as follows of the local grain market :— Shipping wheat firmer, 3s iod to 3s nd; malting barley, 4s iod to 5s gd ; market irregular. New Zealand feeding oats * steady, 2s 8d to 2s iod ; milling sorts, fair demand at 2s iod to 2s nd ; New Zealand under bond, quiet, 2s to 2s 26.
