KAIAPOI.

The old electorate has been Increased by the addition of Kaiapoi Island, taken from Ashley, and decreased by the area south of Stewart's Gully being added' to the Avon eleotorate, also by the country portion of Mandeville riding west of the railway line, and Rangiota borough being out o3 and added to Ashley. The two principal centres of population are the boroughs of Kaiapoi and Ranglora.
