It is understood that the remuneration of the Representation Commissioners will really be less than £ICO each and not as stated by the "PoBt" 900 guineas m all. Parliament will not be diciolved until all Keturniug Officers have received the new bouod»riea, polling plaoes, and the new Returning Officerß will then be gszatted. It is the opinion of the officials connected with the Electoral Department that Parliament can not meet before the middle of October.
