In Bankruptcy Judgo Biohmond this morning suapouded the discharge of throe bankrupt for three months, not for any particular default, but, as he aaid, to discountenance debtors rushing into the Brnkruptcy Oourb # W. R. Water's discharge waa opposed by the creditors on a largo number of grounds. On examination he admitted owing the Northern Land Company abjut £350 for which they had rto.'ivod no value. Thia was compromised but he did not furnish a shilling of money. He also owed the City Advances Company about £1,500.
