London, June 16: News has been received from official I sources m London which leaves no : doubt that the dynamite faction have i arranged outrages for the Jubilee week. The authorities profess to have ftill knowledge of the conspiracy, and to be acquainted with the names of those engaged m it, and they are confident that they will be defeated. For months the movement has been suspected, and the prominent plotters abroad, and their probable accomplices m England, have been carefully noted and reported at headquarters. During the same period the ports of the United Kingdom have been watched with a view to the arrest of the chief suspected persons without previous notice. The movements of Patrick Casey, who is at present m Paris, and on whose passport Dhuleep Singh recently travelled to Russia, is being closely watched by special detectives. The actions of others who are supposed to be more dangerous conspirators than the Casey gang are also being attentively observed. The plotters m Paris are represented as actively preparing a terrible dynamite Jubilee demonstration. Recently O'Donovan Rossa complained to the, New York police of the constant shadowing to which he was subjected by Scotland Yard.
