Nearly the whole of the afternoon was spent m committee . on the Publlo Revenues Bill and the further dissuasion of the expenditure and liabilities incurred m connection with Tillage Settlements. At half- past four progress was reported In order to admit of certain information being brought down by the Government, The House then went Into committee on the West Coast Settlements Bill. The" further consideration of the Pablla Revenues Bill. is to be resumed at the evening sitting. The Representation Bill has received the asient of the Governors.
