In consequence of M. de Freycinet's inability to form a ministry, M. Grevy has again requested M. Rouvier to undertake the task, and that gentleman is now engaged m the formation of a moderate Republican Cabinet, m which General Grassier will probably be Minister of War, and M. Fleurens Minister of Foreign Affairs. M. Rouvier has received a promise of the support of the Right.
