London, May 27. M. de Freyciner, yielding to Henri Rochefort's terrorism, has resolved to retain General Boulangei as Minister for War. In consequence of this the Moderate Party have refused to support him, and a dissolution is regarded as inevitable. Street-rioting is feared m connection with the present crisis, Pauis, May 28.

In consequence of M. de Freycinet's inability to form a ministry, M. Grevy has again requested M. Rouvier to undertake the task, and that gentleman is now engaged m the formation of a moderate Republican Cabinet, m which General Grassier will probably be Minister of War, and M. Fleurens Minister of Foreign Affairs. M. Rouvier has received a promise of the support of the Right.
