THE JUBILEE IN VICTORIA.

Arrangemenls for the celebration of her Majesty's Jubilee luve been completed. On the 20th June a naval and military review will take place. In the evening a naval and military tournament takes place m the Exhibition buildings. On the srst the Governor holds a levee, the Mayor of Melbourne gives a luncheon at the Town Hall, and the city will be illuminated m the evening. On the 22nd, the Governor will give a fancy dress ball, to which 3000 people will be invited. The celebration will conclude with a State concert m the Exhibition Building on the 23rd.
