IRISH CRIMES BILL

London, May 21. A meeting of the Unionist Liberals was held m London last night, under the presidency of the Marquis of Hartington, for the purpose of discussing the Irish Crimes Bill. The meetirg f?as unanimous m desiring the omission of the clause m the Bill relating to the change of venue. The Marquis of Hartington was instructed to. inform the Government of the resolution. It is believed that the Government will drop the clause in' question and substitute another, by which serious cases will be tried by Commission before Judges.
Owing to the obstructions to the Crimes Bill by the House of Commons it is believed that the Cabinet have resolved to enforce stringent measures after the holidays. It is rumored that serious differences have arisen amoug the Parnellite party, m consequence of <the policy adopted regarding the Crimes Bill.
