Previous to the usual horse sale I offered Mr Brake's farm at Mayfield, containing 98} acres, and after a fairly ■pitittd bidding I succeeded m selling it at £6 17s 6d per asre, and since my last fepOrt I have sold the following properties, Viz :— -Lot 18, Grove Farm estate, containing 20 acres, 2 roodß, 33 perches, at £18 per aore ; lot 19, containing 13 acres, 3 roods, 20 perches, at £21 10s per acre. 4 sections, Cambridge street, H amps toad, Viz :— -Lots 143, 144 145, 146, with house thereon, £160 ; |-acre, Cambridge street, Hampstoad, being part of let 256, with house thereon, £100; lot 520, Tinwald, with house thereon, £95.
