Deliveries from country stations are very limited, and shipments •re not very brisk. The fine weather during the past few days has allowed farmers to push en their wheat sowing, the land generally being m excellent condition. Potato diggers have also made good US9 of their time, but owing to the extreme'y low prices ruling the majority are arranging for fitting, m hopes of better prices later m the season. Wheat has a strong demand. Prime Tuscan and Pearl are firm at 3s Gd, and Hunter's at 3s fid ; second quality has had more enquiries, and sells readily at 3s 2d to 3s 4d ,' whole chicken wheat is firm at 3s to 3s Id ; and broken at 2s 9d to 2s lid. OAfS.— A slightly better feeling has been noticeable during tho poet few days. Prime milling being m good demand at Is 9Jd to Is IQd. Short feed have changedhands at Is Od, and the long and second qualities have been taken up m email lines at Is 7d to }b Bd.
