Sparrow by means of < falao representations on April 22 — The accused, who m at pres9ni aotvia^ a < sentence of six months' imprisonment for I a similar offence committed at Ohristchuroh on the day bo'oe his Ashburton < visit, pleaded guilty,— He was ordered to to be imprisoned for nino oalendar months, the sentence to take effect when his present term of imprisonment has expired. The Court then rose.
